Blaines is a two-level establishment. When you arrive, you will find a room delightfully packed with a vast assortment of fine art supplies. Immidiately to your right you'll see a set of stairs leading up- but we'll get back to that later. So, back to the downstairs level. Here you'll find almost anything an artist could want. We carry many of the known brands including: M. Graham, Golden, Liquitex, Winsor & Newton, Jacquard, Speedball, Copic, Holbien, Unison, Strathmore, Aquabee, Arches, Canson, Prismacolor, Lyra, Tria, Crescent, and many, many more!

We are not limited only to the needs of fine artists either. Many of our products are also available in "student-grade" for those with an eye for savings.

(I know you're still curious about those stairs, but this part of the tour is nearly done. By the way, we have a restroom at the back if you're in need, I'll just wait till you're done..... ah, you're back!).

Ok, let's wrap up this part! Here are the products you'll find on level 1: canvases, matboard, posterboard, foamcore, easels and other furnature, watercolors, oils, acrylics, a huge aisle of brushes (I'm not kidding, it's huge!), markers, pencils, pastels, watercolor paper, paper pads, books, airbrushes, airbrush paint, clay, carving tools, portfolios, screenprinting & blockprinting supplies, and no doubt a host of other products you'll discover that I forgot to mention here.

So, now we get to the part you've been waiting for, the stairs!! (And I apologize for the lack of an elevator, but it's an old building and we don't have one). As you ascend, you'll notice an array of beautifully framed art pieces on the walls. These are all for purchase, and also highlight what you yourself can have done in our

CUSTOM FRAMING DEPARTMENT!!

That's right, we have a fabulous framing department on level 2. Our framer is very dedicated, and highly skilled at creating wonderful homes for whatever piece you bring in to us. Our wait for framing is about two weeks, so we recommend you bring in your pieces in a timely manner so we can have them ready for you when you need them.

In addition to our CUSTOM FRAMING DEPARTMENT, we also have *ahem*: picture frames, kids supplies, hundreds (or more) decorative papers from all over the world, scrapbooking supplies, kids art supplies, calligraphy, greeting cards, art prints, pre-cut mats, inks, and lots of gifts items such as birdfeeders, chimes, oil lamps, and more!
